Q: How to check the status of my order?

  • You can easily view the status of your order by creating an account here (create account) . You will also, automatically receive and email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • The account allows you to view your order history, order status, save multiple drop shipping addresses, and save projects into collections for your upcoming projects.

 

Q: Can you drop ship for my brand? 

Definitely! We value our customer's and love to assist by making sure all packaging paperwork contains your awesome logos and branding. You can upload all paperwork and instructions during your checkout.

    Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

    • Shipping and transit time vary from shipping method chosen at check out to destination zip code. You can check the transit time as soon as you receive a tracking #.

     

    Q: What if I would like to know the transit time before placing an order?

    • Fill out the (Freight Quote) form, and we will get back to you in a jiffy!

     

    Q: How can I place an order without being charged taxes?

    • Taxes are only applied to CA orders. If you have a re-sell certificate, simply follow this page (tax exempt) and fill out the form. A customer service representative will shortly email you with an update.
