How To Properly Receive an Order

Ground

  1. Inspect the box before opening it. Check for dents, rips, or anything out of the ordinary. 
  2. If box damage is detected, take multiple photos for verification.
  3. Review the packing slip and the items in the box to make sure they are correct.
  4. If wrong or damaged item is received, take multiple photos of the product and label for verification.
  5. Please notify us through our (RMA form) for any incorrect or damaged products. 


**Please note, ground RMA's are only accepted within 15 business days after you have received your order.

**All packages require a signature to be delivered. 

 

Freight 

  1. Inspect the pallets before unwrapping. Check for dents, rips, or anything out of the ordinary. 
  2. If box damage is detected, note this on the POD (proof of delivery) given to you by the driver before signing off and take multiple photos for verification.
  3. Review the packing slip and the items in the box to make sure they are correct.
  4. If wrong or damaged item is received, take multiple photos of the product and label for verification.
  5. Please notify us through our (RMA form) for any incorrect or damaged products. 

**Please note, freight RMA's are only accepted within 5 business days after you have received your order.

**Any additional accessorials, special handling, or re-consignment requested by consignee or billing party after an order has been shipped will be billed separately with a $50.00 service fee.
